Very pleased with the function of the product. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars, was that I was caught off guard that the product was to be screwed into the existing outlet. Not normally an issue, but if you have "Decora" outlets, they need to be replaced with a standard outlet.

We have now used two sets of the replacement cartridges and they have worked flawlessly. The ordering process was very quick and easy -- very much like the "repeat order" function - speeds things up considerably. Delivery is also very fast.

I was very impressed with the whole on-line purchasing experience. It was very easy to order and very fast delivery with email communication every step of the way. Having the re-order link at the top of the page -- did not have to search through the products to find the cartridges that fit my printer. The cartridges installed very easily and worked as advertised, without any issues or problems. Colours appeared true and the cartridges lasted a good long time. I have also ordered HDMI cables from this site with similar positive results.
