I would prefer the remanufactured brand, G&G, but the one you send, Mustasche, is not compatible with my Canon Pixma MX492. I have ordered it several time and had to return because my printer wouldn't accept the Mustasche brand. You always picture G&G on the website and then ship Mustasche. I find this most annoying, I have written you several times about this issue, and would appreciate a response. The Canon always is compatible and the shipping fast.

It's expensive. I would prefer remanufactured brand but NOT Mustache as my printer will not accept it. You always picture G&G, which is acceptable, but ship Mustache.

I like the G&G brand but NOT the Moustache brand. On your website G&G is always pictured but NOT shipped!!!

I am satisfied with this product. It is more reliable that the remanufactured Mustache brand which my Canon printer would not accept. The G&G brand worked fine which I ordered but was sent the Mustache which did not work. I !don't think you should picture G&G and the send Mustache! Switch and bait.

I did not receive the cartridge as shown. I received a "Mustache" brand which was not accepted by my Canon printer. My previous orders of pictured cartridges were okay. Check on the brand!
