CHANGING / CANCELLING ORDER:

  • We suggest you to call us or use our online chat system immediately to cancel any order; Emails are not the fastest way for cancelling or editing an order. Our toll free number is 1-866-979-7463. Since we want our customers to get their items as soon as possible, if the order is placed before noon (EST/EDT), they are usually processed on the same business day. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any shipping cost if any errors occur after shipping.
  • Once an order has been processed by our warehouse you may not cancel or change your order.
  • If you have purchased the incorrect products which are still unopened, simply ask for a return authorization from our customer service team and, once the authorization confirmed, return the items to us to obtain a refund. 
  • For all online orders, if you see any price drop on our website's product page (except clearance items, sale of limited quantities and special coupon events), you can contact us within the 14 days following the purchase date and we will arrange a refund to your store credit for the difference. Please note, if the price difference lowers your subtotal bellow the minimum required for free delivery, shipping charges will be applied. 
  • Exceptions; clearance items, sales of limited quantities & special coupon events.
  • Please check your order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report it immediately to our customer service so that the order may be updated and changed accordingly. If the problem is not fixed in time and order is shipped out, customers will be responsible for the cost of resending the order.

SHIPPING:

  • Please check order confirmation email. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report immediately to our customer service to update and make changes. If the problem is not notified in time and the order is in process or shipped out, the order must be returned to sender to either be resent or refunded (shipping fees will be applied)
  • If a non-defective item(s) is returned to us and needs to be resent to you at your cost, we reserve the right to charge the shipping fee based on the size and weight of the item(s) and therefore not based on our current standard flat fee reserved for new orders.

  • Any discrepancies between items received and ordered items must be claimed within 15 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service by email with pictures of the received items and shipping label. Any items received by mistake may be required to be returned.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

  • All returns, whether they are defective items or not, must be returned in their original condition, complete with all packaging and accessories. Non-defective items must be returned with the original manufacturer's intact seal and must be in 100% resalable condition. Any deviation from these conditions will require pre-approval by ShopperPlus.
  • We inspect all returned items when they arrive. Requested pictures for approved returns are used only a reference; we will still inspect these returns according to the provided information and, issue the refund/exchange or refuse depending on the condition of the returned items, not depending upon the confirmed pictures.
  • When given a prepaid return shipping label by our customer service, make sure to use this label as soon as possible. ShopperPlus limits these labels to be used within 14 days. Items returned which were not returned within the allowed 14 days may be refused and returned back to you.
  • *Some products cannot be returned such as OEM items, sports trackers, headphones/earphones, etc.  For the full list of which items can be returned, please follow our guarantee table guideline at the top of this page.
  • Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any of your returns.  In some cases, picture proof will be required to be able to complete the return process.
  • *Please note all orders are recorded by our system
  • Metro pickups returns are done through RSL provided by our customer service; Metro's depanneurs are not responsible for returns nor issuing replacements/refunds.

PROMOTIONS / COUPONS / GIFTS:

  • Dollar value coupons do not carry cash value, must be used in one transaction, the remaining amount will not carry over. Dollar value coupons cannot be redeemed as cash.
  • Users are responsible for shipping cost of "Free gift coupons" unless combined with an order subtotaling over $49.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases with free gifts, included or bonus items

  • All the products (defective or non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, intact warranty cards, manuals, instructions and any other item or accessories provided by the manufacturer. If the purchase includes a free gift, included or bonus items, the gift/items must be returned as well for the purchase to qualify for a refund.
  • For audit and fraud prevention purposes, returns and exchanges of defective or non-defective products require your name, address and phone number. A valid (or a scan of) photo ID may also be requested for further confirmation. Returns with the original receipt will be made to the original method of payment or store credit.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for purchases with earned store credit

All product refunds are subject to store credit deduction correspondingly to the product and/or the order's subtotal. Any store credits earned via special promotions or events requiring a minimum subtotal from either the order or specific items will be deducted if said minimum required is no longer reached after any related refund. Such store credit deductions may result in a negative total of credit rewards.

If an item's correct price is higher than the stated the price, 123ink.ca/Shopper + Family will, at their discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Abuse of the credit reward program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of reward certificate(s), credits, benefits, product, points or promotional offers and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Shopper+ in its sole judgment, may result in the cancellation of the member's account without notice and/or future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued and/or the cancellation of previously issued but unused reward credits.
