For the Boxing Week and the New Years Day promotions the Android App did not work properly. For BF, the spin would not load until I posted feedback and it was fixed the next day. For the New Years free shipping, on checkout, it said that I needed to change to the Canadian site. I tried rebooting and also on Jan 2nd before 10am and same problem. I ended up completing the checkout from my Win11 computer using the Chrome browser. JF

there are some issues with your sign-in; where shopperplus.ca sign-ins won't transfer to primecables or 123ink.ca, and vice versa. This makes the online shopping experience a little slower/inconvenient, to the point where missing 11:59 PM EST cutoffs a very real risk. some of the promotion pages don't seem well-tested, either. the current PC15 promo url resolves to https://www.primecables.ca/f-flyer, and doesn't render properly on desktop firefox or brave. only mobile filefox seems to render the page. and even then, I don't see where the PC15 conditions are.
