On a annulé une commande que j'ai placée récemment par ce que l'adresse de facturation et l'adresse de livraison n'étaient la même. Je me demande pourquoi on ne m'a pas appelé avant d'annuler la commande? Je trouve ça nulle qu'on annule ma commande pour cette raison alors qu'on pouvait me le préciser d'avoir la même adresse pour la livraison et la facturation lors de placer la commande.

Thanks for the great phone customer service, especially regarding my order #33482179. The issue I found was with the mobile site as I had placed this order from my phone, and even though I definitely selected the organizers in 5 different colours, they didn't go into my cart as such. Ordering from my desktop pc had no issues.
