I sent an inquiry and an email today (after I made a mistake on the order that was submitted earlier today) asking to add the compatible Lexmark 16 to my order and to delete the compatible Lexmark 27 from the order. Nobody got back to me and the order has been shipped. This order is to add the 16 so if it was added as requested then please disregard this order.
