I found it a little difficult to have a different shipping address than billing address associated with my credit card. The Shipping address was substituted for my mailing address and I had to re-enter the mailing address for my credit card.

I had to update my account because I had moved and could not remember my password. I called online support. The phone connection was bad, so I called back. The connection was still bad so i thanked the person I was speaking with and hung up. About 3 minutes later the online CRA called me and updated my information so that i could place my order. That is fantastic service.
