Have been using your G&G injet printer ink for about 3, maybe 4 years. The web site to order it is easy to use and have always received my package within 2 days. Ink quality is consistent. Only had 2 problem cartridges in all that time and I was credited for those defective cartridges. Overall, has been a good experience with 123 Ink Cartridges side of Family Shopper +

Online ordering is extremely seamless. Absolutely love it! However, your Live Chat option could use some improvement. I've only tried using the Live Chat on two separate occasions and both times I never received a response. It's very frustrating.

Usually, it's fantastic, but this time, had trouble applying a discount code provided me by the Metro pick-up counter after last purchase. Through the PrimeCable site, there doesn't seem to be a place to enter the code. Maybe I just didn't see it.
Had to work around by going through 123Cartridges site.
