Pain in the ass getting the order placed. Was a previous customer of 123 Ink and old password would not work nor would the apparent field to 'Create a Password'. System kept telling me that my e-mail was already registered but let me do nothing else and threatened to shut me down if I tried too many times. Finally managed to set new password by using your e-mailed link. Not a smooth experience for a returning customer!!
