Good up to pick up. I had to chat with Online Chat... in order to see Metro Picking Option then I had to trick my shipping address. Then I logged out, Logged in back, redo all the process, pick up the tricked address... However I am living outside of Montreal by 10 km... but work in Montreal.

You have regular, XL and XXL cartridges and the only info you list is the price and part numbers. For all I know regular is 5ml, XL is 6ml and XXL is 7ml. If you don't list the actual capacity how the heck is someone suppose to know what they are buying!?
