This is my 4th attempt at placing this order. There was a problem with the commerce site. Live chat couldn't help told me to call in my order. I did, Waited and waited and waited on the phone before giving up. Tried live chat again at a later time agent had a person call my phone to place the order which happened right away, then put me on hold before for quite some time, before I hung up again. So far my first experience has been a little less desirable. I went from very excited in finding your Canadian site to I should just go to my local computer supplier. Lets see how prompt the order is in being fulfilled before I decide to have a final judgement.
