It is great to have such fast service--I get my ink in a small Quebec village within 3 days. Sometimes there is not rush, but when there is it really helps to know this service is there. My only complaint is that in my last order I got 4 grey inks, but had ordered two grey and 2 light grey. I guess someone did not notice there are two kinds of grey and the package looks alike except for the name on the box. So I have reordered the light grey again. I will keep the other as both greys are used a lot.

I tried to use Live Chat to ask about free shipping for Black Friday when I was using the 20% discount for ink. I waited 5 minutes and no one replied, then the chat window disappeared. This happened twice. Hopefully I will receive my free shipping as well as the 20% discount. Why do you offer two discounts and then only allow us to use one? I look forward to your reply. I tried checking out using my credit rewards money and it would not let me do it for the full amount. after 3 tries I finally put it for part of the order and it accepted it. I tried twice to use the chat line and it timed out leaving me with another window that took some info but I'm not convinced it went any ware. Maybe just looked like it did to pacify me
