The last two times I have placed an order the items have shown in stock online and when questioned approx 1 week later why I have not yet received my items they said oh they are not in stock and we have to order them, would you still like them? Why then do they show instock online and then if not why are they only then ordered once I call in about 1 week later?

I had a hard time getting to the G & G ink cartridges. Every search I did, kept taking me back to the HP Envy cartridges. I have purchased from 123 before, and always found them very reasonable in their pricing. However, I find these cartridges are about or almost expensive as the initial company. Kinda disappointed this trip.
