Toners are always good quality and inaxpensive. Do you have any program to take back used toner cartridges? I know some retailers see value in taking them back. I can easily drop them off at a local vendor, but if there is value, I would gladly return them to your processing facilities for remanufacturing. Thanks.

J'ai eu des problèmes de lecture pendant quelques jours, mais je ne sais pas si c'était votre site ou mon ordinateur. Les caractères étaient empilés les uns sur les autres. Autre chose : le français pourrait être revu (accents, ponctuation, mots bizarrement traduits, etc.). Ça ferait plaisir à votre clientèle francophone. ;O)

I have only ever had 2 bad cartridges. I had a bad 'C' last year and now I have a 'Y' that is half full but the printer says it is very low and is printing badly so I had to change it.
