Your website has problems initializing orders, I had to retry 3 times. I did this on different browsers, it gave me an error that it couldn't find the site. It isn't my internet connection because I tried to surf to other sites, I didn't have any problem with surfing your site but when it came to process the order, this is where it seemed to have problems.

seems to work pretty well. I tried to change the # of 220 ordered to quality for free shipping, but it wouldn't work so I deleted it and re-ordered a higher amount using the side-bar list of items.

I tried to use the Live Chat, Carl picked-up but never responded to my question. Not sure what went wrong. Otherwise all good. We will see how long delivery takes.... and then the important question, quality of ink?

the quality of the toner cartridges are "hit and miss" .....quality control is poor. it is detrimental to the function of a business when time sensitive documents do not print with true colors. It is becoming a pressing matter where my business is now considering buying a higher consistent quality toner cartridge locally as we did prior to using your service.
the ordering of product is good but without product consistent quality ...your business will loose clients at a rapid rate.

le nouveau site de ink123 est bien mais avant , pour commander des cartouche d encre , on pouvait facilement comparer EN UNE SEULE PAGE les cartouches , les prix et surtout le nombre de pages qu une cartouche imprimait .
... avec le nouveau site , on doit aller voir chaque pages , de chacune des cartouche encre doit on veux savoir combien elle imprime de pages .
Je me souviens que de comparer le nombre de pages imprimer versus les prix , en une seule page pour toutes les cartouche disponible pour une imprimante m avait été tres utile .
cela avait fait en sorte que j avais acheter sur votre le site la premieres fois .
La je vais acheter encore , parce que je vous connais .
mais pour vos futur clients ... je crois vraiment que de remettre ce chois aiderait a avoir plus de client.
