Absolute garbage and when I called 123Ink customer service to tell them that it wasn't working properly and the company that makes them were totally unable to help me, they said too bad so sad!!! I have ordered quite a bit of stuff from 123Ink and I must say that I was so very disappointed at the reaction I got to this concern. I must say that I hesitate to order from them again based on this. I was giving their name to many of my co-workers but not anymore!!
