I like this product, easy to use. I wish it had a window or something so I knew when to refill, although the absence of steam is an indicator that it has gone dry. Unfortunately the product arrived damaged, the window sill attachment had a piece that keeps it clicked in broken off so not sure if this was a re-packaged product. Another piece was also damaged. It does the job that a steam cleaner should.
