Really impressed with this. Received it yesterday and just tried it on a few things in the kitchen (faucet, drain), and then used it on the filter for my range hood fan. WOW. No chemicals needed to remove the grease. I usually have to soak the thing with degreaser for an hour to make it clean (see photo). Looking foward to using this. I only wish the resevoir was bigger (but then it would be heavy).

Great so far! Bought that for cleaning and crafts (it was perfect to peel a label off a scotch bottle!). Bought it mainly to clean tough grease stains, sticker goo, etc. So far delivered, the 350mL water tank is enough for a lot of steam. More than that and I guess you need to rent a professional steamer. Only used it twice so far, time will tell for the durability. Looks bit cheap parts/finish wise, so as long as it keeps working safely, I'll be happy.

Quand j'achète un produit neuf, je m'attend à recevoir un produit neuf! En le sortant de son emballage, même si tout était en place, je sentais que quelque chose n'allait pas... comme si ce n'était pas neuf. En ouvrant le bouchon pour remplir la machine d'eau, je remarque que tout le contour du goulot est couvert d'une épaisse couche de calcaire comme s'il avait servi à de multiple reprises! C'est inacceptable! Suite à des problèmes personnelles, je n'ai pas pu l'essayer que 2 mois après l'achat donc on oublie le retour! C'était la dernière fois que je commande sur ce site! Une vraie honte!

Very powerful and super easy to use. Only downside is I wish the cord was longer

Sent me a broken piece now i just have a giant pile of stuff sitting on the floor instead of a trolley. Said they would send the piece but never sent it, never got a refund or anything

This is the second one I've bought. Don't expect miracles from it but it's great for small jobs around the house.
