Nice gel cushion on heel but very thin cushion on ball of foot. Top surface is washable and, overall, it's stiff enough to not get bunched up inside shoes over time, the way some dollar store insoles do.

A little pricey for what it is (plastic bottle with metal pump) but matches beautifully with the new kitchen faucet and pumps a good amount of detergent out per pump. Nice to have one less thing ON the sink. Glad I bought it.
