Have used it a few times now and have been happy with the results. First dehydrator so I have no previous experience to compare it to. Biggest pro is that it holds lots and the stainless racks are easy to clean. I also like the timer feature which allows me to start it and forget once I have it set. Con would be the 2 plastic trays it came with both don't sit exactly flat. Having said that I wish Shopper+ sold additional trays designed to fit in the dehydrator especially if the were silicone mesh.

It has been good. Worked well last summer and is just coming out of its first winter looking to be in perfect condition. When bolted together it is stable, I assume over time the bolts and nuts and panel parts in contact with soil will rust but should be fine for a number of years.
