The plates don't slide into the gap so my speakers aren't supported in the back right now. But other than that, the stands are stable, instructions that it came with can be very confusing. The height is great for my standing desk as well

It doesn't specify but you have 3 options on both sides to attach the hanging suction piece in case your tiles are large/small etc. Its decent enough to be hanging a couple of large bottles think of the size of your regular shampoo bottles. Been using it for a month now and still hanging so good enough for me
