The non-slip mat on the bottom is thin and easily peeled off. And sand from the concrete used as weights inside came out from the bottom.

It was not a sale or clearance item, but the package was stapled. When I opened the box, the item was out of the package. There was no cushioning foam or papers even a delivery note inside the box. Shocks can cause malfunctions later on. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me. I wish this item working properly.

The reason for the minus 1 star is the fan. It is very quiet, but why not let the airflow blow to the laptop, There is a gap between the laptop and the plate, and between the plate and the fan, which does not cool the laptop very well.
