It works like the one that came with the printer. I've been using these 123Link products for years and they always work.

At first I thought it was the wrong size but I had mistaken the cartridge holder in the printer for the cartridge, itself. I called the help line and the lady was as nice as could be and asked me to send a picture. In taking the picture, I realized my mistake and put the cartridge in properly and it works great! I find this company so easy to deal with.

I was so pleased with the printer that I told all my friends, really! I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was an yet it works as well as my old printer. It was really easy to install, too.
