Cat5e coup de poing jack keystone - Monoprice® - Jaune

This unit was easy to install, but won't fit with tow beside each other in the Decora style jack plate. This makes it a problem for tight installations. Two can fit side by side in the normal 6 hole plate. With that proviso, a good option for moderate use. If you are doing heaving installation, the Belden still gets the top marks, but expect to pay a lot more. I use them for colour coding different applications. Good jack for the price.

This unit was easy to install, but won't fit with tow beside each other in the Decora style jack plate. This makes it a problem for tight installations. Two can fit side by side in the normal 6 hole plate. With that proviso, a good option for moderate use. This plate is a Decora style with two separate inserts that fit in to the plate like a Decora style switch. The problem is the standard keystone jacks do not sit side by side so you either have to trim the side clip off or only put the wider keystones on one side. Problem with the larger keystones (RJ 45, HDMI, TOSlink, RJ11) so be aware of that. Not sure if the slimline ones are OK or not.

This works almost as well as the OEM, and for the price it is worth it for general use. I had issues with one cartridge where the feed would stick inside the machine and the tape curled coming out. Also, the initial part of the roll seemed to miss some of the fullness of the lettering. If you are looking for pristine labels, maybe not the best option, but as mine are for file labels and such, it was not a big issue. Ultimately the cost was the selling point for me.

Works almost as well as the OEM product. Tape is not quite as thick as the original, but works well enough for the general labelling I am doing.
