I use it in a small room and the sound is very good for the size and price of the unit. The Bluetooth connection is good and reliable. I wish that it had either an optical audio or digital coax audio input and for that reason I gave it a 4.

Way less in price than Brother tapes and work just as well. I have never hand any problems with these tapes and I use several sizes.

As always, you can't go wrong with OEM ink cartridges. Especially important is the necessity for the printer to read the chip to show the amount of ink remaining.

I only gave it 3/5 because of the issue with the printer not be able to read the chip and show how much ink is left. I never had any problems with the ink.

No problems. You can't go wrong with OEM. It is important to me because of the ink levels showing with the OEM chip.

I have used many cartridges of these labels in various sizes and have never had any problems. The quality is just as good as Brother OEM.

Thank you for your review. Sometimes compatible ink cartridges will have such a problem because they are not manufactured by the same manufacturers as the printer. Rest assured that despite this inconvenience, the cartridge will still work.

This is the second set I have purchased and the ink quality is not consistent with the last set so a lot of time was spent retesting before making final prints. Also, before I ordered the second set I called customer service to see if the problem with the chips not registering the ink volume had been fixed and I was assured that it was. They don't. Needless to say I was ticked off!
