Nothing I order with Shopper+ had ever been right. Now this product was shipped with FedEx--who refused to deliver the whole package in front of my apartment suite doorstep. They are asking me to go out in public, do a non essential trip, and risk getting COVID 19 in spite of the recent Ontario lockdown measures. I am reporting this to the Ministry of Health and the Better Business Bureau.

Knowing they ship with Canpar, I was actually expecting issues with the delivery even before I got my package. Lo and behold, I wasn't wrong at all. Their customer service promised a re-delivery, but after a week of waiting, no parcel arrived. I decided to call them again and mention about the conversation I had with their service rep who promised to re deliver, but they mentioned that it was their first time talking to me. So who did I talk to? I gave them my apartment code and all. Was their system hacked or even compromised? I won't dare trust them with my credit card details if I were you. Very shady merchant. Not worth the trust at all. It's almost 3 weeks and I don't have my order yet. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please don't trust this shopping app. Sam.
