We tried our steamer today Aug 5/19, for the first time tried, it is very quiet, smooth running. We love the feature that we can turn on/off power by foot and automatically retrieve power cord. The product arrived within 3 days, fast and well packaged. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a steamer.

Fast shipping works great steam coming out very good glove to hold handle if gets hot

Knowing they ship with Canpar, I was actually expecting issues with the delivery even before I got my package. Lo and behold, I wasn't wrong at all. Their customer service promised a re-delivery, but after a week of waiting, no parcel arrived. I decided to call them again and mention about the conversation I had with their service rep who promised to re deliver, but they mentioned that it was their first time talking to me. So who did I talk to? I gave them my apartment code and all. Was their system hacked or even compromised? I won't dare trust them with my credit card details if I were you. Very shady merchant. Not worth the trust at all. It's almost 3 weeks and I don't have my order yet. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please don't trust this shopping app. Sam.

Works great on clothes , very steamy, it did not work the best for my facial wrinkles though.
