PLEASE seriously talk to your customer support people. This is the fourth time I've ordered this product and the wrong one arrives and implied that I do not know how to use it. I am expecting a return and refund but things don't move very fast there. Please talk to your supplier !!!!!!

I have already reviewed this item as totally misleading and even submitted pictures to prove it and was totally neglected. The actual picture on your site shows one side as being recessed into the body. For the third time I keep on receiving the wrong item.

works exactly as advertised and provides some peace of mind to the health fanatic. The only con is the very fine text that is almost impossible to read without a magnifier. The display should be a high resolution black and white for better contrast and visibility. Definitely worth the money though.

This product passes the acid test I give to all power bars. Plug in a two pronged cord and if the weight of the cord doe not cause the plug to fall off the bar then the insertion and extraction force is always a sign of quality. Good product for the money

Please put this item either in the toy department or get a professional to review your products. I tested this so called tool with all the specified strap sizes and it is useless. It does NOT grip the tooth side of the strap after a very light tension.

this product has been mis-represented for months even after I complained. The picture shows a PROTRUDING female connector when in fact it is a RECESSED female connector version that is shipped. PLEASE bring this to the manufacture's attention.The attached photo is what I received every time I order one

Your web page shows this picture as part no. Cab-3850 but the actual product delivered to me with this part no.is different.After explaining this to customer service it was implied I don't know what I'm doing. I returned it and promised a refund. You almost lost a long term customer. It would also help if you hosted some direct help from the supplier to clear up problems like this

The product is fine as is but when cut to re-terminate it is very difficult. There are signs this product has been in stock too long as the insulation is extremely hard and stiff and had to heat it for the new connector to be inserted. Maybe a production date should be printed on the bag and stated before purchase
