I installed the cartridge and had virtually no printing whatsoever. Was confused and it was a Sunday(of course) so put in a msge to support. Checking google it told me to check the print heads for clogging...but I've only been waiting a couple days for ink? Cleaned the print heads FIVE times before it started to print but prints well now and this ink works great. Lesson learned....if you empty the cartridge and have to wait for ink, ALWAYS clean the printheads after installing a new cartridge. Shipping was fast and I'm very happy with my purchase and the reasonable price. Thanks 123Ink!

I am glad the cartridges were compatible with the last firmware update. I just installed them all today and after the initialization process by the printer, they were properly installed and was able to print. What a relief.. The prints were good and clear and hopefully will be ordering more in the near future..
