The box is damaged when received. Arrange a replacement. The 2nd time the box is also damaged but not as serious as the first time. From past experience, I am quite sure the box will be damaged if not protected with a carton box. Don't quite understand why warehouse doesn't use a carton box to protect the original box when shipment. This is the reason I deduct one star from the rating. For the lamp, it is 5 stars. A lot of options to choose such as brightness and colour. You can control through the pole or remote control. The most important thing is that this lamp is very bright.

As I cannot edit my previous comments, which I complained about the footrest and gave it one star rating, I decide to write a new comment to update my comments. With the help of my friends, I eventually fix the footrest problem. Indeed, at the bottom of the footrest, there is a bolt and when I loosen the bolt with the tool included in the package, I can adjust the angle and length of the footrest (Please see photos for reference). All the problems are caused by the poorly written manual, which does not tell us how to adjust the angle and length of the footrest. I would suggest LivingBasic to upload a video in YouTube teaching customers how to use the tool included in the package. After footrest problem is solved, I start to appreciate this wheelchair. It is light, sturdy and easy to fold and unfold and it is comfortable to sit at. The only thing which need improvement is the buckle of the seat belt. It is pretty difficult to lock and unlock it. On the whole, I give 5 stars to this wheelchair and highly recommend it to people who want a light weight and comfortable wheelchair to go outdoor.

I picked up the package on Jan 17 and found the footstep does not match the manual. I informed Shopper+ the same day. Today is Jan 22. I still not yet hear when they will send me the right footstep. As per the photo, the footstep is definitely not for this wheelchair. The footstep in the manual is closed rectangular shape (the green circle part) but the footstep I received is an open curve shape (the red circle shape). I don't know why it takes so long for Shopper+ Product team to ship me the correct footstep. I have good experience of online shopping. I came across cases such as shops miss to ship some parts or ship the wrong parts. I understand human may make mistakes but on-line shops have to fix the mistakes as soon as possible especially the item may be an essential item to the purchaser. In my experience with this wheelchair, it is just too disappointing and it is the reason I give it a one star. I don't know how long it takes for Shopper+ Product team to ship me the correct footstep. I hope they will double check and ship me the correct footstep and not just putting a small footstep box inside the big wheelchair box whereas the small box is footstep which is defiinitely not for the wheelchair I ordered.
