The box is damaged when received. Arrange a replacement. The 2nd time the box is also damaged but not as serious as the first time. From past experience, I am quite sure the box will be damaged if not protected with a carton box. Don't quite understand why warehouse doesn't use a carton box to protect the original box when shipment. This is the reason I deduct one star from the rating. For the lamp, it is 5 stars. A lot of options to choose such as brightness and colour. You can control through the pole or remote control. The most important thing is that this lamp is very bright.

At around 50 CAD, this lamp has everything I was looking for. The flexible neck lets me position the light to my liking, it has sufficiently heavy base so that it won't move around, the cable is long but not too much, and the remote control allows me to turn on the lamp from the other side of the room. Oh, and it has enough settings to customize the lights intensity and color however i want. Overall, I'm more than satisfied.
