The size is perfect, as we have a larger cat. The tray at the bottom makes it easy to clean, and the one way exit leads to less mess around it. I'm more than grateful to Shopper+ for selling this litter box.

Great heater. Pros: 3 intensity levels (important as you may not be able to continuously operate it at 1500W), thermostat and temperature control, compact, silent, and remote control. Con: as someone else already said, cosmetic damage (dents and scratched off paint) on the cover of the control panel out of the box (hence one leaf taken, and to be fair, Shopper+ offered a replacement, but we had to use it and couldn't return it, so can't tell if it's an exception or general concern).

Exceeded my expectations. very comfortable and supports the back nicely. I'm glad I decided to go with this relatively more expensive model than the one one step down. Also, looks just as great as in the pictures, and has a few customizable features: slight reclining or steady, sitting height (which is obvious), head cushion height. I do recommend this chair...
