Great heater. Price was right and it arrived quickly. There was a little ding out of the paint on one of the top fins, but it doesn't seem to affect the use. The remote is handy. The unit makes a loud beep when you adjust any settings, so if you want to turn it down or up at night, it might wake up people in the room. The temperature display ONLY shows Fahrenheit which is really disappointing (They haven't been teaching fahrenheit in schools for the last 30+ years in Canada). So I have to do some calculations every time I want to adjust the temperature. The display shows the SET temperature, not the current temp. It would be nice if it alternated between the two. I know some similar units make a loud click sound when the heater turns on and off. This one DOES make a click sound when the heater cycles, but it's not very loud. I have the unit in the bedroom and it hasn't bothered me at all. All in all, this is a great heater.

Arrived very well packed and easily assembled. Have used in a variety of sized rooms. Able to keep set temperature in each and since a radiant heater, no noisy fan. Great to have digital display and not just low to high for temperature. And remote makes it very convenient. Would highly this product👍

La puissance maximale mesurée est de 1370W. Mais comme il n'y a pas de ventilateur pour dissiper la chaleur produite, le radiateur s'éteint pour éviter la surchauffe de l'appareil. La puissance effective moyenne est plutôt de 800 W. Le produit est quand même intéressant puisque, sans ventilateur, il ne fait pas de bruit.

It is a great heater and was very easy to assemble and operate. Very good quality for price. Only small irritant is the loud bubblling sound of the oil heating up when you start it but it is very quiet after that.

Good heater. keeps room warm long after it's turned off. Love the remote. Easy to use and practical. Looks good in a room.

Quality was not the primary feature for sure! Qc was probably not made. Metal frame bumped a little bit (not by shipment but when it was assembled) which tells me it won't last long... For the price I guess it's OK...
