Installation instructions are crap and no guide for drilling holes provided which makes job complex. I am not sure about the reliability of this shower seems like use and throw product as don’t know where to buy parts in case something goes wrong. Another big concern for me is Shoppers Plus won’t allow to submit reviews after warranty period!! WEIRD! And I experience their other products last couple of more months after warranty and died. Customer service is not Great too, I had spent many hours explaining the issue but received useless responses and apologies only. It comes with 1/2” 18” long pre installed hoses and installation needs major modification in shower head plumbing.

Okay Product! Working fine for last 6 months but not sure about reliability. Shine won’t last. Needs 1/2 inch connections. The main issue is customer support on Shoppers Plus is very rude and to add to that I noticed that LIVING Basics products won’t last long. I am already regretting many purchases, fails exactly in 13-14 months. This one requires major modifications in shower system, so I guess better to spend little more and get better product from hardware store. Won’t recommend buying from Shoppers Plus! I learned my lesson.

Good quality and good purchase if on sale. Opens automatically and shows 5 on the display when you bring hand near to the bin or kick or click open button and then counts down to 0 second and closes. Needs 3 batteries. Knock out one star as it won’t work correctly/misbehaves if placed under the sink. If placed under sink and you opens it then it will remain open and won’t count down to close. I bought it to place under the sink and now cannot put it there, I had to find other place in my compact half washroom. Overall works well.

Installed in washroom for light to turn on automatically. Installation was pretty straightforward needed Neutral, load, line and ground, all were available. Working perfectly. Possible to increase time and sensitivity. I had to adjust time to bit higher from 15 sec to 30 sec (it can be adjusted to 30min). It detects very slight activity as well but you should be moving slightly at least neck, hand etc as it will turn off if you are still then you have to wave you hand or move neck to reactivate it. Overall pretty sensitive and working well in washroom without any issues. For other areas like laundry room it will work like charm. It was on sale $12.74 each - great value. Ordered more.
