We had a similar unit and we were hoping to change for a more flexible unit with more options. We shop in store and could not find anything that corresponded to our needs and those units were very high price. We shop online and find here this incredible unit at very cheap price ! It has everything we wanted and even more. You can use at the same time the shower head and the top shower, which is great if you shower with your partner. Also, you can adjust the water pressure which we couldn’t do with our old unit. All features works and we hope it will last long. Please note that the shower head works perfect but we installed ours because of the options we have on it. We use this one now with our bathtub. Delivery was very quick as mentioned (3 days) and it was easy to install. Thanks for the great product.

It was a real hit with the family, although my wife complained about all the dials at first. The manual states water pressure should be between 60 and 80 PSI. 60 PSI is the high end for residential water pressure in North America. I am on a municipal water supply that is even less. The water-powered generator (black round plastic item with two ports) adds a noticeable restriction to the water flow. So I removed the generator and powered the fixture directly from a 6DC-volt wall-wart power supply plugged into a GFI outlet. This made a noticeable improvement. The power supply is connected to two of the three leads cut from the generator. Polarity doesn’t matter. The pictures show both the generator removed and the modification to the wires from the generator. Every piece of hardware in this fixture is stainless steel or plastic; it shouldn’t rust. The electronics appear well sealed except the connectors that I suspect would fail in a high moisture environment. I sealed the backside of each connector with heat shrink and RTV sealant. Do not use regular silicon sealant as the vapours released when curring will corrode the electrical connections. Dialectric grease was sprayed into connectors before reconnecting. I will find out in 5 years if this makes a difference. As others have noted, installing this fixture can be quite a bit of work. Installation may require access to the plumbing behind the shower walls. Luckily I was able to make an access panel to said plumbing. I didn’t want flexible lines with rubber gaskets inside my walls, so copper pipes terminated with threaded fittings were routed inside the shower enclosure. If the connections do leak, the drips will be inside the tub and not my walls. I included pictures of the modifications and installation process. I hope that helps someone out.

Okay Product! Working fine for last 6 months but not sure about reliability. Shine won’t last. Needs 1/2 inch connections. The main issue is customer support on Shoppers Plus is very rude and to add to that I noticed that LIVING Basics products won’t last long. I am already regretting many purchases, fails exactly in 13-14 months. This one requires major modifications in shower system, so I guess better to spend little more and get better product from hardware store. Won’t recommend buying from Shoppers Plus! I learned my lesson.

I love it but two small trouble, the water lines is not flexible enough and the 2 el connection is not long enough so I had to go and buy parts to replace them and it's the third time am installing this product.
