Ordered on a Tuesday and it was here by Thursday ! Great service from 123 Cartridges ! The dual LCD monitor desk mount is a well-built apparatus that does the job it's suppose to. I have two 27 inch Dell monitors mounted on the arms and they are easy to manipulate and position. The only criticism I would have, although it doesn't apply to my set up is that the individual arms do not pivot vertically individually. With two same-sized monitors this is not a problem, but it might be if one monitor was considerably larger than the other. Otherwise. a great buy at a reall reasonable sale price !
