Excellent quality. Cost is prohibitive when you factor the fact that the printer was less than $300. Unfortunately one must resort to using an original Canon toner when the printer won’t print properly using any other compatible toner that’s available.

This is a replacement unit as my original one (one year old) won't shut off dispensing soap. I contacted support about the issue and they just told me that there was nothing that they could do because warranty is only for 1 year. Oddly it started malfunctioning exactly about 12 months after purchase...how convenient. Decided to buy another one because the unit itself is still pretty good and sturdy compared to what's out there.

The cost is reasonable. The bags rip very easily, so one has to be very careful handling them. Also if using them in a container with a lid, there's a lot of condensation that accumulates. This probably means that they not breathable, which is understandable to avoid leakage.

Our go to toner cartridges. Started having streaking issues with our printer since the last batch. As per Canon Support, they suggested we use an original Canon toner cartridge in order to correct the problem. We bought an original Canon cartridge and voila, problem was corrected! So not sure why the Moustache cartridge triggered the streaking issue. Bought this new batch for when we need to replace the existing Canon one. Fingers crossed that they will work.
