It works, but the truly remarkable thing about this car charger is that the little LED is not insanely bright. All other ones I've ever used/seen have a ridiculously bright LED attached to it. This one just as a dim blue glow as the indicator. PERFECT.

After a bit of fiddling I was able to get my HP to recognize the ink. The eraser that they include is what did the trick! It's great that they included it as well as instructions on how to get it working.

Pros: -Works flawlessly and is solid. -Lifts a fairly heavy load easily. I have a tempered glass desktop on it, and I have a mounted monitor. No issues. -Not very loud. I was expecting it to be loud based on other reviews, but it is not bad at all. -Comes with sticky traction pads that although are not meant for it, work great on glass tops to keep them from sliding. Cons -A little tough to put together solo (hard to line up some of the holes on your own).
