These are great if you know how to use them. This is a retraction/correction of my previous critical review. These are very easy to use and well made. Simply bare a bit of the wire and pass it through the outer detachable section of the assembly. Fan the wire strands over the end and screw it back together. I was originally trying to pass the wire through to the removable banana tip.

These are terrible! Really nice quality but the design is totally unworkable. They require the ends of the wire strands to pass through the hole that the banana plug end screws into. In other words, they expect you to use wire strands fine enough to pass between the mating surfaces of the screw thread and screw hole. Just not feasible.
