I love these big elastics. They hold my garbage bags in place so they're not falling inside the bin. They also work to hold the flaps down on cardboard boxes. I have had a set for years, and they have stood the test of time. I was thrilled to find them again to have a backup in case they finally give up the ghost. Once you've had them, you won't want to go back.

I'm usually very happy with anything Oxo, but I was disappointed in this. It slows the water flow A LOT. It is catching the hair, which is a good thing, but it cannot handle the volume of hair from one shower without limiting the drain speed to the point where the tub is filling.

Great size for our needs, and a nice sturdy container. My only complaint is that the bottom of the bin is concave, so when you put it in the dishwasher, it sits filled with water. Had the bottom been "level", I would have given it 5 stars.

These bags tear too easily. If you're not very delicate when separating them along the perforations, they will tear. If you are not equally delicate when trying to open the bag, they will tear. Taking the lid off and on the compost pail also puts holes through them. I won't purchase this brand again.

I keep these bags in the trunk for when I do grocery pickups. They are easy to load, hold a lot, and best of all, they're easy to carry when they're full. I haven't had any luck finding grocery carts that they actually fit to hook on (I guess the places I shop have extra-large carts), but despite that, I love them. I purchased a couple about a year ago, and came back for more.
