this has been one of the most amazing printers to use - love the fact that I can sent my printing from home and have the work waiting for me at the office - really appreciate the double sided printing option - and the ink seems to be just never emptying

the box was shipped by FedEx and very damaged when left 'quietly' at my back door - paper inside was ok but and delivery was prompt

when I put it in the printer the ink still said it was empty and the printer would not work - unfortunately we have had this problem before
