I have been using this particular HP black remanufactured ink cartridges for some time now and have found them to be reliable and certainly a great price...HOWEVER..I have also ordered at the same time NH-R9363 W/C.M.Y remanufactured ink cartridges #97 for my HP printer and find them to be very unsatisfactory, they make my printer very unhappy (it says remove and replace this cartridge after only a few printings) so I am losing more than half of each cartridge as the printer will not accept them back. I'm really not impressed, I've lost about 4 of them now.

WE have a home printer that we use occasionally for odd print jobs and the ink provided gives us the clarity we need.

One cartridge worked for about 4 pages worth of printing, the second one not at all. Needless to say I feel ripped off. Will be seeking a refund.

Worked great and so glad to be able to get ink that fits my old printer
