These USB adapters are designed to match the new USB 3.0 connector to the older USB 2.0 connector.
Note: Because this adapter is designed to connect a USB 3.0 cable/device to a USB 2.0 connection you will be limited to USB 2.0 (High Speed) transfer rates.
Warning: The adapters are connected end to end by copper wires. You should not twist the adapters more than 180 degrees in either direction. Twisting the adapters all the way around can damage the wires inside.
