I have nothing but praises for the HP Q6473A remanufactured magenta toner cartridge. First I am very happy with the pricing of this cartridge. The fact that it would be quite affordable if I bought more than one cartridge encourages me to place an order for more cartridges. The other thing that made me really happy was how quickly the order was sent to me. Three days after the day I had placed the order I had received my HP Q6473A remanufactured magenta toner cartridge. The high yield of the cartridge was another thing that really made me happy. It enabled me to save a lot on the printing cost. Thank you very much!

Tried 4 toner cartridges. 2 cartridges leaked. 1 was broken. And 1 did not calibrate. Gave up and asked for a refund. I had to return a cartridge. The returned cartridge sat at their facility. I called on the 4th day and inquired about the refund. Was told they had not processed the return. Finally on the 5th day, I received my refund.....only after I inquired about my refund.

I ordered the Canon product but they sent Moustache which is NOT rated for my machine even though the cartridge looks the same and they will NOT exchange it for Canon :( :(
