I replaced this cartridge and now have blue horizontal streaks on the right side of the printed paper. Also when I ordered the 4 cartridges, your site said "free shipping" for orders over $49 . I was charged $14.99 for shipping. I haven't replaced the other 3 cartridges as I don't need to yet. Not a happy customer.

This product has a very very good value. Working well on my printer Color Laser 3550. The price is so much lower than the retail stores.
