I had to remove the toner from my HP printer. It leaked and caused a rainbow like streak down the side of a page. This never happened with the new/original toners, only with the remanufactured ones. The new/ originals are beyond my budget in cost so I have gone back to using an older black and white printer. I hope this helps you in dealing with your supplier.

Problème d'intensité de couleur depuis le début. À 36% inutilisable. la couleur presque pas apparente
