Excellent service. I bought Toner cartridge for both my Brother (black)and Oki (colour) laser cartridges. They all arrived within four to five days with a weekend in between. Nicely packaged - in good condition. Excellent result - works just fine. No problems. Excellent price. I did my research and this was the cheapest I could find. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought 2 toners and when I installed 1st - printer notice empty toner, So I toke it out try some shaking move and put back in, still has same problem. Then I put 2nd toner into printer and it working very smoothly and no problem.... I did called the CS and they reply that they can reimburses for me 1st toner. I did not try other Magenta toner yet. Hope it working fine without any problem.

These cartridges are usually okay, but every once in awhile I get one that doesn't work right and makes noise in my machine. It was a yellow one that I had the most trouble with and had to replace.
