Excellent, product and a great value

This was the first time I tried one of these cheap aftermarket cartridges. Unfortunately it did not work with my OKI C5800Ldn. I got an error message saying that is was incompatible toner or incorrect cartridge. However, the customer service was great. I contacted 123ink and they sent me a return label and shipped another cartridge right away. Unfortunately that one did not work either. This time the error message was, “Incompatible cartridge”. Again, great customer service, though. They sent me another return label for a full refund. I then ordered the original cartridge from them and that works just fine.
