This is the second set I have purchased and the ink quality is not consistent with the last set so a lot of time was spent retesting before making final prints. Also, before I ordered the second set I called customer service to see if the problem with the chips not registering the ink volume had been fixed and I was assured that it was. They don't. Needless to say I was ticked off!

Dear Edward, Thank you for your review. Sometimes compatible ink cartridges will have such a problem because they are not manufactured by the same manufacturers as the printer. Rest assured that despite this inconvenience, the cartridge will still work. Have a nice day.
