Excellent shredder for home use. Very quite able too 12 sheets as stated. Only draw back os usage time is limited. Don't count on using it for an hour at a time otherwise great buy.

Average design and quality Quiet motor. The head is heavy and needs to be removed from the basket in order to empty.Smallish basket.Power cord enters the head on top left side and can be unsightly in a neat environment. Not suitable for shredding envelopes with address labels (or any other labels or glued paper) Would never pay full price for this item. Bought mine on sale at half price which is reasonable for the quality and features. The unit seems to be an unbranded Omnitech model.
